Serving as a liaison for the landowners, West Maui Land Company, Inc. (WML) facilitates all aspects of land management from initial acquisition, to subdivision, and real estate sales to the end buyer. Mahanalua Nui (also known as Launiupoko), Pu’unoa, Makila Plantation, Makila Ridge, and Makila Nui, Olowalu Makai/Mauka and Peahi Hui are our completed projects, while Kahoma Residential, Makila Rural, Haiku Town Acres, and Olowalu Town are current projects. Both – completed and current projects – are managed by West Maui oloair1Land Company, Inc. (WML). WML assists clients with due diligence at initial purchase, conceptual planning, consultant coordination, documentation, permitting, infrastructure, land leasing and sales, agricultural direction and continued communications with the end user.

West Maui Land Company, Inc. has helped their KSL_0679client projects revitalize the sugar lands abandoned in the mid to late 1990s. By restoring and augmenting preexisting plantation infrastructure systems in Olowalu and Launiupoko areas, these lands and communities are being reenergized with the goal to facilitate small-scale farming and ranching. A growing trend toward diversified agriculture, farms in operation include tomatoes, avocados, bananas, papayas, and plants including herbs, cut flowers, landscaping plant stock, palms and native plants. More and more families are finding that lot sizes and evolving trail systems complement their love of horses. Family farms and equestrian pursuits serve to cultivate a variety11499Honoapiilani-1 of products for the Maui community and foster the spirit and benefit of local business and the private sector. The founders and team of WML are proud of the projects that have grown under their management.

West Maui Land Company, Inc. remains available and in close contact with the residents of the client projects, and have launched this website to help people living in Mahanalua Nui, Olowalu Mauka, Olowalu Makai, Pu’unoa, Makila, and Kahoma with frequently asked questions, document management, and pertinent public notices. We are also here to assist potential buyers and owners in these agricultural communities and other areas of Maui with professional real estate transactions.
